Borana Pepa
Project Manager and Head of ENGIM Albania

 After graduating in Political Science and earning a Master’s degree in Politics and Governance in the European Union from the University of Tirana, Borana began her professional career as an EU Integration Coordinator at the Municipality of Mirdita, where she developed solid experience in local governance and European policies. She later worked as a Project Manager on various environmental and social initiatives, including projects focused on women and vulnerable youth.

For the past two years, she has been working as a Project Manager at ENGIM Albania. Her role focuses primarily on promoting social inclusion through vocational training, employability initiatives, and entrepreneurship support, aiming to enhance opportunities for vulnerable groups.

Lavinia Eleuteri
Project Assistant

Lavinia holds two Master’s degrees: one in International Relations from LUISS University in Rome and another in European Union Studies from the University of Salzburg (2023). She also completed the SIOI Diplomatic Master and gained practical field experience through a one-year project in Kosovo, focusing on sustainable tourism development in the Dinaric Alps under the AICS framework.

For the past year, Lavinia has been based in Albania and has recently joined the ENGIM team as a Project Assistant for the SkillALB project. In her current role, she supports project management activities, coordinates local stakeholders, and contributes to the implementation of training programs aimed at enhancing skills and employability among young people in Albania.

Filjol Feleqi
Start-up and Internship Coordinator

Filjol holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tirana, along with a postgraduate qualification in Civil Rights. He has gained four years of professional experience providing psychological support in juvenile detention centers and courts, developing strong expertise in working with vulnerable populations within legal contexts.

Since 2022, he has been serving as Start-up and Internship Coordinator at ENGIM, where he oversees support programs for vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities and young victims of violence. He manages work placement schemes and coordinates social enterprise initiatives, ensuring inclusive opportunities and comprehensive support for beneficiaries.

Erisa Kasëmi
Financial Manager

Erisa brings over 17 years of solid experience in the financial sector and serves as a key pillar of our finance department. Her professional background combines in-depth knowledge of both for-profit and non-profit sectors, providing a comprehensive and strategic approach to asset and capital management. She has proven expertise in managing the full accounting cycle, including the independent preparation and closing of annual balance sheets and financial statements in accordance with national and international standards (SKK/IAS).

Erisa has developed strong competencies in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis, contributing to the optimization of organizational performance. She also possesses excellent knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory procedures governing both private companies and non-profit organizations.

Marina Viktoria Hysenj
MEAL Officer

Marina holds a Professional Master’s Degree in “Solving Conflicts through Mediation” from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Sciences, complemented by specialized training on anti-corruption measures in Albania. She previously worked in Mobilization and Community Participation for an organization focused on community integration. Since 2018, she has gained extensive experience in project management as both project assistant and coordinator, including recent collaboration with the Murialdo Social Center (ENGIM partner) as Project Assistant. 

She has recently joined ENGIM Albania as MEAL Officer, where she oversees monitoring and evaluation activities, data analysis, and learning processes to enhance project impact and accountability.

Olsi Gremi
Logistic Officer

Since 2023, Olsi has been serving as Logistics Officer at ENGIM Albania, where he is responsible for organizing travel, managing materials and equipment, and providing operational support to project teams. He contributes to the efficient implementation of activities through effective coordination, accurate documentation, and close collaboration with partners and suppliers.
